High power chip terminations feature wrap-around ground metallization for direct attachment to a heat sink. Typical applications are drop-in isolators, surface mount coupler loads and test port directional coupler loads. Chip terminations offer a wide frequency range of operation from DC to 4 GHz. All chip termination are available in tape&reel or bulk packaing.
