Ideal for applications using the 3G, ISM as well as WLL frequency bands, the recently introduced HT06M HybriX™ 3dB hybrid coupler from Florida RF Labs, a Smiths Interconnect company, can also be used in a wide range of applications requiring signal distribution. The new device comes in a miniature package (only 0.5 x 0.25 inches or 12.7 x 5.08mm) and is manufactured to highest quality standards in a surface mount package for easy circuit integration.
The HT06M hybrid coupler operates over the 2.0 to 2.5 GHz frequency band and features very low insertion loss of 0.2dB maximum as well as a low VSWR of 1.2. The device operating temperature range is -55 up to +85 degrees Celsius.
Further benefits include excellent isolation capabilities of 20dB minimum, an amplitude balance of ±0.35dB maximum and a phase balance over the frequency band of 2 degrees maximum. Average power is 60 Watts.
